Oscillation and Nonoscillation Criteria for Two-Dimensional Systems of Linear Ordinary Differential Equations

Abstract:
Sufficient conditions are established for the oscillation and nonoscillation of the system
$$
u'= q(t)v, \quad v'= -p(t)u,
$$
where $p,q : [0,+ \infty[\to ]-\infty,+\infty[$ are
locally summable functions, $q(t)\geq 0$ for $t\geq 0$, and $\int\limits_0^{+\infty} q(s)ds=+\infty$.
