    Abstract:

New families of sharp inequalities between elementary symmetric polynomials are proven. We estimate $sigma_{n-k}$ above and below by the elementary symmetric polynomials $sigma_{n-k+1},dots ,sigma_{n}$ in the case, when $% x_1,dots,x_n$ are non-negative real numbers with sum equal to one.
