Manuscripts may NOT be submitted directly to the editors. You MUST send the manuscript directly to the Editor-in-Chief and he will decide on the appropriate editor.

The editorial office prefers electronic submission.

The publisher strongly encourages the electronic submission of manuscripts written in LaTeX or AMSLaTeX.  An accompanying DVI, PS or PDF file should also be included.

The author will be provided with a proof for correction after acceptance.
