Analogously to Smirnov classes of analytic functions, Smirnov classes of
harmonic functions are introduced and mixed Zaremba's boundary value problem is
studed in them, i.e., the problem of constructing a harmonic function when on a
part of the boundary its values are given, while on the remaining part the
values of its normal derivative.
