abstract:
In this paper, we consider a class of bilinear time-varying systems. We study 
the stabilization problem for these systems with norm-bounded controls by using 
Lyapunov techniques and the solutions of Riccati differential equations. A 
numerical example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the obtained result.
