Our papers are presented in pdf with numerous cross-reference links for ease of electronic browsing. One version has the links highlighted for viewing. In the other they are black for printing.

Our papers are treated in the traditional manner, with no changes permitted after publication. But we also offer services that may be updated, such as links to related works, and archives of supporting materials (e.g., computer programs used for calculations in the paper).
