The local organizers will open a conference secretariat in the afternoon of August 14 at the Salon Prestige of Hotel Bellevue. Delegates of the General Assembly will receive all conference material on the International Congress of Mathematicians 1998 in Berlin at this conference secretariat from the afternoon of August 14 to noon August 16.
