Openess and Density Theorems of Transversality in
Manifolds with Corners

Abstract. In this paper we deal with infinitesimal transversality,
transversality, boundary-transversality and
weak-boundary-transversality defined on manifolds with corners.
We prove openess theorems about these types of transversality.
The main theorem concerns the residuality of the jet-transversality
(boundary-transversality and weak-boundary-transversality).
