This package offers a replacement for psfonts.dtx (of psnfss). The single package provides options for specifying any default font, checks that the choice(s) are valid, and if anything is unspecified supplies an appropriate font. The package also contains all parts of psfonts.dtx which are not covered by this general concept (i.e., the pifonts, mathptm and two fd-files for Adobe Symbol and Adobe Zapf Dingbats).
